BERLIN BABY pt. 1

Hey lovely ones

I'm back from the most awesome city for young people in Europe, Berlin. I came home Thursday around midnight.
It has been a really nice trip!!
I have so much to tell you guys - if you want to hear about it of course. If not, stop reading. And I have many pictures to show you!
So instead of doing a long post about the whole trip, I'm going to tell you about the three first days in this post, and tomorrow I will tell you about the two last days.
Sounds fair? Awesome.

So,
Sunday, 22th July.

We arrived at the hotel around 2 pm. It was a very big and nice hotel, Mercure Berlin am Alexanderplatz, and the hotel-room, which you see above, was very good - better than expected!!:)
When we arrived in Berlin, the weather was very good. About 25 degrees outside - much better than when we left Denmark earlier that day.
After we had checked in at the hotel and relaxed a bit - well, we had been sitting in the bus for about 6 hours - we went out to look around and see what exciting things would be near the hotel.

Martha's friend had told her to go find a store called "Dunkin' Donuts", so we did that as the first thing. I imagined a better taste from there, but well. It was okay.
After that we went to Alexanderplatz to see what was there, and there were a lot of small stores where you can by souvenirs and stuff. We went to the other side of Alexanderplatz where we found a nice bar, and we drank one mojito each before we went home to our hotel-room. On our way back we bought some sushi to eat at our room.
It was a very nice and relaxing day, without any rush.

Monday, 23th July.

Monday we went to some place where Martha's boyfriend had said there would be this big Sony Center and we would be able to shop like crazy there. We found the Sony Center (I don't remember the exact place, ha ha) but inside the center there were only restaurants and cinemas. But it was great though, we had fun! After that we decided to take the U-bahn to the last station and look around whereever that would be. It was a place called Ruhleben. It was a very beautiful place with a big park. We went for a walk through the park, and we found some swings where we were sitting for half an hour while we talked about girly stuff and smoked a few cigs. And took some pictures of course.
On our way back we went off the U-bahn at Zoologische Garten where I remembered(from the last time I was there) there were a lot of stores and places we could buy clothes, shoes and stuff like that. We bought new shoes and some new clothing. I will do a post where you will see my new ins some other day!
After we had shopped we went for a ice-coffee at Starbucks. Because Starbucks is like the best coffee you can buy for money.
In the evening we went to the same bar as Sunday to have a beer before we went back to the hotel.

Tuesday, 24th July.

Tuesday we wanted to go see those memory stones-kind-of-things of the jews. On our way there we met Darth Vader, wuhu. We went to a forrest near the stones, and smoked a few cigs and just relaxed and chilled. Aaaaand took some pictures. After that, we took the U-bahn and we went to a big park where we ate some sushi and drank some beer. And ha ha, the place we bought the beers, there was a man who asked us if we were married. Ha ha! In the park there were a couple who were deeply in love - that was obvious. And that made us miss our boyfriends more than we already did. He he.

That was pretty much what we were doing the first three days in Berlin!
Pass by my blog tomorrow where I will tell you about and show you pictures from the two last days!

Birthday.. and something about being in love

Hey you guys.
Yesterday I had my 21th birthday party. I had a very good time! I think this was the best birthday I've had so far. Even though my real birthday is in November. Oh well. It was an awesome night, and thank you everyone who was there with me!

There is another thing I want to tell you guys. I didn't only get birthday-presents last night, I also got a boyfriend! I'm very much in love with this guy. His name is Victor, and I met him at Roskilde Festival. I've only known him for about 2 and a half week, but I do like him. A lot. So I'm very happy to have met him! And I can't wait to get to know him more and more.

Well, I want to show you my birthday-presents - most of them.
Bracelet - from my lovely boyfriend, Victor!
Leatherbag - from Josefine!
Some kind of candy from Israel - Also from Josefine.
MJ-headset - from Michelle, Ditte and Katrine.
Something - from Ida and Ida.
Wild Africa Cream - from Jacob and Frederik.
"Rejsen til Saturn" - A danish animated movie.
"Damp" - Danish comedyshow by Simon Talbot.
- from Katja.
Tea - Also from Katja.
Popcorn - Also from Katja.
R.E.M. - from Simon and Nicklas.
Giftcard to FONA - from Bruun.

Præstø

Today I went to Præstø, a town a few kilometres from where my mother lives. I went there to take my dog, Oscar, for a walk while my mother's husband went to buy some stuff.
It was quite nice being out of the house, feeling the nature.
It's been a good day, i think. Mostly. My allergies are killing me, and a few days ago I hurt my back somehow, and it still hurts a little. But well, I've fallen in love, and that's like the best feeling I've had in a long time. I will tell you more about this feeling later.
Tomorrow my good friend Katja is coming to visit me! She's going to help out preparing my party(which I'm having Thursday). It's gonna be so awesome!

Here are a few pictures I took in Præstø.

Goodnight babes!

Colorful clothes - i love it

Pants: 200 danish kroners.
Top: 80 danish kroners.

I bought this outfit at the Roskilde Festival this year. When I saw the pants I kind of yelled: "I MUST have those..." The funny part is that my friend Sabrina had seen them 5 minutes before me and thought: "Regitze would love them." ha ha. She knows me so well.

Today I went swimming. It was great being under water for a while. That's pretty much the place most of my thoughts run through my head.

Ha ha.
Dreads - Chat - Coke.
I don't have dreads, but I've wanted to get dreads for a long, long time. Chat? Well, I don't know what that's supposed to mean. Coke? I drink a lot of coke. But I have nothing to do with the drug-kind-a-thing.

To feel stupid vs. to get hurt

Which of these two is worse?

I think to feel stupid is much, MUCH, worse than getting hurt.
It's much easier to get over somebody that hurt you than it is to get over somebody that made you feel stupid or humiliated.
Not long ago a guy made me feel stupid, and if he had just hurt me and told me how he felt - that I wasn't really the girl for him, that would be okay, and I would've forgiven him. But did he do that? No. He just had me going, sending him messages and stuff, and he didn't give me any answers. He stood me up - and made me feel so stupid. That's more hurtful, than actually getting hurt. Even though I didn't really have very deep feelings for him. That's just what I think.
What about you guys? Would you rather get hurt or have a guy make you feel stupid or humiliated?

30/30 - Self-portrait

The final post of my photography challenge. It's been a lot of fun, exciting and challenging.
This picture is from December actually, and I know that I shouldn't use it in my challenge, but there is no other way, because I forgot my camera in my father's house and I won't be able to get it before the weekend.
I have much longer hair now, and I took out my piercings. But I'm thinking about cutting my hair again, and getting my piercings back. Should I?

There are 8 days before my birthday. Well, my actual birthday is in November, but thursday next week I'm having my 21th birthday party, because I want to have it while it's still summer.
- Even though I don't really get the feeling, that we're in the middle of summer. It's raining all the time, thunderstorms now and then, and it's not very summerly warm. But I hope for better weather next week. Cross your fingers for me, please.

Home, sad to be home

Hey girls 'n boys. Sweet followers.

Today I got home from Roskilde Festival 2012. I think it's the best year of the four years I've been there. For many reasons.
I saw my favorite band, Mew and my favorite female singer, Björk live. It's the fourth time I've seen Mew and I still don't get it. It's the weirdest feeling. After every Mew concert I stand there thinking: "What just happened?" and it all seems like a dream. It's the same thing with Björk. After the concert yesterday I really didn't know what to say, do or think. It seemed like a dream and during the whole concert I was in my own world like no one could reach me. It was weird and emotional.
And then a lot of other stuff happened, that made these 10 days exceptional!

Well, tomorrow I will post the first one of the two last posts of my photography challenge! Wait for it...
