Moved to tears by a movie

Hey you guys

Have y'all watched this movie before? If not, do it. Put it on your to-do list as the next thing you have to do in life.
The last time I watched this movie was in the classroom in 8th grade (I think). This evening I watched it again. And I just imaginary awarded it as the greatest and most touching movie in the world. At least in my world.
When the movie ended I sat there quietly with tears streaming down my face without any clue about what to do next.
My friend, Andrea, who should have watched it with me had fallen asleep just when the movie had begun - lying on the sofa, snoring.
This movie is so very touching. And.... I don't really have anything else to say on that matter.
Just... do yourself a great favor and watch that movie.
For you who have watched it, do you agree with me? How was your experience? Let me know.

Won't you settle down with me?

Hey followers
I heard this song for the first time in Berlin, and I fell in love with it right away.

Isn't it beautiful?

BERLIN BABY pt. 2

Hello babies

So today I will tell you about the two last days.
- And another thing, please comment if you think this is too much of a diary and it's not interesting at all. Let me know, please, if this is boring to read about, he he.

Wednesday, 25th July.

Wednesday we decided to go see the Berlin Wall (well, what's left of it) - That's just a must-see when you're in Berlin, right? This day was so damn hot, that we were sweating like pigs, really. It was 35-40 degrees in the sun.
In the evening we had heard there would be a big party at Alexanderplatz so of course we decided to go out drinking! We got so drunk, haha.

Thursday, 26th July.
Thursday was the day we had to head home. I didn't take so many pictures really. You wanna know why? About 2 hours before we had to leave the hotel we went out for some coffee at a Starbucks café. We were having a good time, when two 10 year old kids came up to us and asked us for some money. We asked them to leave, and they did. 10 minutes after they came back and were a lot closer to us than before. Martha was reading there paper and actually considering a donation, but before she could say yes or no, they suddenly ran off. Martha and I looked at each other and thought it was weird, and then I looked down on the table where my iPhone 4s had been. It was gone. They had actually stolen my iPhone? Well, I'm not mad at them. I kind of understand why they would do a thing like it in desperate need of money, food, a better life. For God's sake, they were 10 years old!

In all, I've had an awesome trip with one of my best friends!
Even though I lost my iPhone, it was still a great vacation, and we had so much fun.
And yesterday evening I ordered a new iPhone 4s, haha. Can't live without it, stupid, I know. Welcome to year 2012.

BERLIN BABY pt. 1

Hey lovely ones

I'm back from the most awesome city for young people in Europe, Berlin. I came home Thursday around midnight.
It has been a really nice trip!!
I have so much to tell you guys - if you want to hear about it of course. If not, stop reading. And I have many pictures to show you!
So instead of doing a long post about the whole trip, I'm going to tell you about the three first days in this post, and tomorrow I will tell you about the two last days.
Sounds fair? Awesome.

So,
Sunday, 22th July.

We arrived at the hotel around 2 pm. It was a very big and nice hotel, Mercure Berlin am Alexanderplatz, and the hotel-room, which you see above, was very good - better than expected!!:)
When we arrived in Berlin, the weather was very good. About 25 degrees outside - much better than when we left Denmark earlier that day.
After we had checked in at the hotel and relaxed a bit - well, we had been sitting in the bus for about 6 hours - we went out to look around and see what exciting things would be near the hotel.

Martha's friend had told her to go find a store called "Dunkin' Donuts", so we did that as the first thing. I imagined a better taste from there, but well. It was okay.
After that we went to Alexanderplatz to see what was there, and there were a lot of small stores where you can by souvenirs and stuff. We went to the other side of Alexanderplatz where we found a nice bar, and we drank one mojito each before we went home to our hotel-room. On our way back we bought some sushi to eat at our room.
It was a very nice and relaxing day, without any rush.

Monday, 23th July.

Monday we went to some place where Martha's boyfriend had said there would be this big Sony Center and we would be able to shop like crazy there. We found the Sony Center (I don't remember the exact place, ha ha) but inside the center there were only restaurants and cinemas. But it was great though, we had fun! After that we decided to take the U-bahn to the last station and look around whereever that would be. It was a place called Ruhleben. It was a very beautiful place with a big park. We went for a walk through the park, and we found some swings where we were sitting for half an hour while we talked about girly stuff and smoked a few cigs. And took some pictures of course.
On our way back we went off the U-bahn at Zoologische Garten where I remembered(from the last time I was there) there were a lot of stores and places we could buy clothes, shoes and stuff like that. We bought new shoes and some new clothing. I will do a post where you will see my new ins some other day!
After we had shopped we went for a ice-coffee at Starbucks. Because Starbucks is like the best coffee you can buy for money.
In the evening we went to the same bar as Sunday to have a beer before we went back to the hotel.

Tuesday, 24th July.

Tuesday we wanted to go see those memory stones-kind-of-things of the jews. On our way there we met Darth Vader, wuhu. We went to a forrest near the stones, and smoked a few cigs and just relaxed and chilled. Aaaaand took some pictures. After that, we took the U-bahn and we went to a big park where we ate some sushi and drank some beer. And ha ha, the place we bought the beers, there was a man who asked us if we were married. Ha ha! In the park there were a couple who were deeply in love - that was obvious. And that made us miss our boyfriends more than we already did. He he.

That was pretty much what we were doing the first three days in Berlin!
Pass by my blog tomorrow where I will tell you about and show you pictures from the two last days!
